Saw a beautiful drawing of an unicorn-thingy-human on DA and since I was really bored I tried a jotun version of it. And noooow *yawns* sleepy sleepy :D
Tom didn’t really look forward to going back home to his family. Not that he didn’t like them. In fact, he loved his father and his little sister a lot, but he also enjoyed the life at the University in London. Tom wasn’t one of the popular lads, but he did have a few good friends with whom he spent a good amount of time.
The coughing started last winter. At first nobody would claim it to be serious. Many students fell ill in the winter season. But all of them would recover after a short time. Spring came and Tom still felt ill. As the boys started to play football and rugby again in summer, Tom wasn’t able to take part in any of the sport activities because in addition to the coughing, his chest began to hurt terribly if he ran too much. Finally he took the issue seriously and went to the local doctor. The diagnosis was shattering for Tom who always loved sport: he had a serious heart problem and asthma. The doctor recommended country air and tutoring at home and although Tom had protested, the doctor immediately wrote Tom’s father a letter with the request to pause university for the time being and let Tom go back home again. To lighten up Tom’s sad mood, the doctor promised him a fast recovery if he took good care of himself and, if he would be lucky, Tom would be back in London for the upcoming winter term.
While sitting in the train back to his hometown in Norwich he tried to sleep but his mind would keep him awake. As hard as he tried to believe the words of the doctor, he just wasn’t able to, but still Tom didn’t realize or rather didn’t want to realize that his life wouldn’t be the same from now on.

It’s AU time again! I should be sleeping actually (I have a loooong day tomorrow) but I can’t. One of the reasons is this AU that haunts my mind.
Setting would be in 1840s, Thomas (in his 16-18th) is the son of a rich landlord and Christopher (25+) works for the Hiddleston’s in order to pay the rent for his family (his sick mother and his younger brother). Chris never got to know Tom (but he knows Tom’s little sister - the Hiddlestons are a nice and friendly family and Chris likes them a lot) cause he was send to an university or some kind of a residential school early. But one day, Tom’s father requests Chris to pick up his son from the train station, because he is going to stay some time at home due to an unknown sickness. Tom is a very shy boy and Chris doesn’t know how to approach him.
Aaaaand yeeeah … then things happen and Chris starts to like Tom and Tom first thinks it’s just pity, but then he starts to like Chris too and you knoooooow class issues and marriage issues and jelousy and first time labbulabbu and aaah, I want to write or draw this story, but I still have some tests ahead and I should study but instead I think about these two adorable dorks! T^T
